Lifting Spirits with Helping Hands operates by appointment only and does not have a public storefront. Because we serve clients from a storage facility, our volunteers travel specifically to meet individuals at their scheduled appointment times.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• We provide a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments.
• If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or text.
• If we have not heard from you and you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and our volunteers will leave.
• Repeated no-shows or missed appointments without communication may result in the temporary suspension of services at the discretion of Lifting Spirits with Helping Hands.

This policy allows us to make the best use of our volunteers' time and ensures we can continue serving individuals and families throughout our community.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for helping us serve more people with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Many of our volunteers adjust their work schedules, use their personal vehicles, and donate their time to meet appointments. Respecting scheduled appointment times allows us to help more members of our community.
